PlusBus accessible minibus service
PlusBus Door-to-Door is designed for people who cannot use standard public transport to travel around. The bus will pick you up from your home and drop you as close as possible to the place you want to travel to. PlusBus uses fully accessible minibuses which can be booked to make journeys within the borough of Camden for almost any reason you wish, such as:
- shopping at a shopping centre or supermarket
- visiting friends
- recreation, like attending clubs
- doctors and health centre appointments
- hospital visiting
The service relies on people sharing the same or similar journeys in order to be cost-effective and therefore journeys may not be as direct as a taxi journey may be. But, journeys are rarely lengthy.
