We are committed to safeguarding our communities so that the borough is a safe place for all to live well and independently.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. Housing and Property Management play a vital role in recognising when an adult is at risk and working with other services to improve lives.
Our Housing and Property Safeguarding Adults Policy sets out the approach of our Housing and Property Management services to safeguarding adults who are experiencing, or at risk of abuse or neglect, in line with the Care Act 2014.

What to do if you're worried about an adult
If you're worried about an adult, call 020 7974 4444 and say 'Adult Social Care' when prompted.
If you think an adult is in immediate danger, you should call the police on 999 (urgent) or dial 101 (non-urgent).
