Fire risk assessments for Camden housing

All landlords, including Camden Council, must carry out fire risk assessments on any properties with shared communal areas.

A fire risk assessment looks at:

  • how safe a property is
  • what the fire risks are
  • recommendations on how to improve fire safety

The recommendations must be acted on to fulfill the highest standard of fire safety.
