All landlords, including Camden Council, must carry out fire risk assessments on any properties with shared communal areas.
A fire risk assessment looks at:
- how safe a property is
- what the fire risks are
- recommendations on how to improve fire safety
The recommendations must be acted on to fulfill the highest standard of fire safety.
