Tai Chi, Third Age Project
Free for members (yearly membership £15) and Free for non-members.
Join Tai Chi to engage in mindfulness and gently keep your body moving. The class is taught by Sheryl from Camden Adult Community Learning (ACL). Practicing Tai Chi Improve balance and flexibility, help reduce falls, strengthen leg muscles and reduce back pain. A great way to gently start moving if you are in/leaving physiotherapy. To join the class, you will need to complete a Camden ACL enrolment form and a course diary. For all abilities. No booking is required.

Restore and revitalise your body, mind and spirit. Chi Kung is a gentle exercise combining movements with breath. It is based on repetitions of sets of movements specifically designed to improve health and wellbeing. Please wear comfortable clothes, sensible footwear, or bare feet if you’re comfortable and have water to hand. This class is suitable for beginners.
