Become a childminder
Camden provides advice and support to childminders from enquiry stage, through the registration process, and when registered.

To prepare for registration as a childminder:
- Read the Childminder Factsheet and our page, considering becoming a registered childminder.
- Complete training, if required, which helps you to understand and implement the requirements of the early years and childcare registers, before you can register with Ofsted or a childminder agency.
- Register with Ofsted.
