If you are aged 60 or over, there are low or no cost swim classes you can join in Camden.
Hampstead Heath swimming offer for those 60+ years of age
Free Early Morning Swims - Swimmers 60+ years can swim free of charge up to 9.30am every morning on production of proof of age.
Swimmers 60+ years are eligible for concessionary price swimming after 9.30am and concessionary price season tickets. Full details and current prices can be found here: Swimming Tickets.
Cashless payment is preferred for all drop-in (Pay-As-You-Go) swimming.
Hampstead Heath offers 4 places to swim:
• Parliament Hill Lido, a 60-metre-long open-air swimming pool, open 365 days a year
• Ladies’ Pond, a natural bathing pond, open 365 days a year
• Men’s Pond, a natural bathing pond, open 365 days a year
• Mixed Pond, a natural bathing pond, usually open from April to October.

Free swimming for those over 60 at BETTER Leisure Centres
Free swimming for Camden residents aged 60 and over, who have a Better Pay and Play membership which costs £6.90 per year.
Weekdays between 6.30am and midday at Camden Better Leisure Centres:
