Street Tag

Street Tag is a competition to help children and families get active and explore your local area. You could win prizes for both schools and individuals.

How Street Tag works

You use the Street Tag app to find tags located around the borough. You can walk, run, wheel, scoot or cycle to the tags to earn points for you and your school.

When Street Tag takes place

Street Tag runs in 2 seasons. The seasons for 2026 are:

  • season 1 is Monday 23 February to Monday 20 April
  • season 2 is Monday 25 May to Monday 20 July

Prizes

There are prizes for both schools and individuals, as well as an overall prize.

School prizes

These prizes are awarded to one school's parent teacher association (PTA) in each season:

  • 1st prize: £200
  • 2nd prize: £150
  • 3rd prize: £100
  • 4th prize: £50

Individual prizes

Signed men’s and women’s Arsenal shirt will be awarded to the top individual taggers in each season

Overall prize

An Arsenal stadium tour for up to 10 people will be awarded to the school with the highest combined score across both 2026 seasons.

How to get involved

Schools 

Schools in Camden have been invited to take part in Street Tag. If your school would like to sign up to compete, complete this online form, or email [email protected].

Children and families

Download the Street Tag app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Choose your school, and start tagging. If your school has not signed up, you can still take part to earn individual points and be in with a chance of winning a prize. You can also choose a school for your points to go to, to help them to win prizes.

Everyone else

Anyone of any age in Camden can take part in Street Tag. Download the Street Tag app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, and start tagging. You will earn individual points and you can choose a school for your points to go to, to help them win prizes. We encourage all Camden residents, community partners and businesses to take part in Street Tag, get moving, explore your local area and support your local schools.
