  • The crime rate in Camden is the second highest in London, with 173 offences per 1,000 residents - theft is the largest category of crime
  • In 2024/25, the rate of Hate Crime per 1,000 people was 4.3 in Camden

 

Safety at home

  • In 2024, the rate of violence against women and girls (VAWG) in Camden was 9.8% higher than the London average
  • 36% of of all VAWG crimes were domestic violence, 24% were stalking and harassment, and 18% were sexual violence
