State of the Borough report
Our State of the Borough report is published each year. It brings together data and evidence from many sources, from local to national statistics to people's lived experience of the borough. It gives a shared evidence base about the outcomes experienced by people in Camden. It's intended for organisations, residents and the council to increase the understanding of people’s wellbeing in the borough.
The report focuses on the outcomes that are important for living a good life in Camden, based on the Good Life Camden (GLC) framework, which was co-created with residents. It tells us what is important for people to live a good life and how we can measure that. It also states the signals that tell us if we’re making progress against the GLC themes (for example, for Housing, a signal is that the quality of housing is high).
Here you can find insights into each chapter of the report, as well as a summary of the report. To better share back to communities, we've translated the summary of the report into Somali, Bengali and Arabic. There's also an Easy Read version. Email [email protected] to request these versions.
