Reporting noise and antisocial behaviour
All tenants should be able to enjoy their home free from antisocial behaviour and noise. You can report issues confidentially. We’re here to help.
Antisocial behaviour
Antisocial behaviour (ASB) is defined as behaviour which causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to persons not in the same household. This includes:
- drug use or dealing
- gang activity

- harassment
Find out how to report antisocial behaviour.
If antisocial behaviour happens on your estate between 4pm and 4am, call 020 7974 4444 and ask to speak to the Responsive Security Patrol.
Noise
As a tenant, you must be considerate towards your neighbours. This includes:
- limiting the hours for DIY
- laying carpet or using rugs
- managing noise from pets or children
How to report noise
If you experience a noise issue, you should report it using your Camden Account.
You can also read the advice for tenants experiencing noise issues.
Domestic abuse
