This is the improved Camden website. Tell us what you think.

Repairs and maintenance contractors

From April 2026, we're introducing new contractors for some repairs and maintenance services.

New contractors will carry out work on heating, lifts and estate services. Camden operatives will continue to service and repair individual heating systems.

How you report your repair is not changing.

If a contractor needs to come to your home

All operatives and contractors carry photo ID. Always ask to see it before letting someone into your home.
