Good Neighbourhood Management Policy

This policy explains how Camden manages communal areas around Council homes and supports residents to resolve everyday neighbour issues early.

It sets out:

  • how we manage local conditions and shared spaces 
  • the standards residents can expect 
  • how we respond to low-level neighbour concerns 
  • when issues may be referred or escalated
