Do you love green spaces and are interested in learning more about gardening? From planting to digging, weeding to harvesting, these active sessions will allow you to connect with nature while improving your physical and mental wellbeing.
Please note that these sessions are physical and sometimes messy, so wear appropriate outdoor clothing that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty. The qualified Environmental Project team will be on hand to answer any questions and to provide all the training, tools, and equipment you’ll need.

These sessions offer a chance to learn, explore, and express yourself through the unique lens of nature-based art, engaging with plants, textiles, drawing, painting, stitching, and more — all while connecting with the natural world around you.
