Free support for care experienced young people in Camden, aged 17 to 25

Taking the next step isn’t always easy, especially when you’ve had to figure a lot out on your own. Full Potential Camden is here to make things a bit more straightforward.

This is free, one-to-one support built around where you’re at right now. No pressure to have it all figured out. No endless forms. Just a real conversation with someone who’s there for you.

What you can expect

When you get in touch, one of our Employment and Training Officers will reach out to have a chat. From there, you decide what support looks like for you. That might include:

  • Help thinking through your goals and next steps
  • Support building your confidence and your CV
  • Access to training and taster courses
  • Routes into work experience, apprenticeships, and jobs
  • Wellbeing support and mentoring alongside you

You don't need a CV

You do not need to prepare a CV, covering letter or anything else before contacting us. Just get in touch and we will talk through the next steps with you.

We focus on getting to know you first. If we need any identification or documents later, we will let you know.

Who this programme is for

This programme is for people aged 17 to 25 who have been in Camden local authority care at any point in their life. If you are not sure whether this applies to you, contact us and we will help you find out.

We can’t guarantee a job. But we can make sure you have someone in your corner, a clearer idea of where you want to go, and practical steps to get there.
