Opt out of free school meals for your child
If you've received a letter from us advising that your child may be eligible for Free School Meals, you don't need to do anything if you would like your child to be enrolled.
If don't not want your child to be enrolled, please complete the Opt-Out of free school meals form. The form should only be completed by parents or carers who have received a letter and wish to opt out of the enrolment process.
If you're unable to complete the form online or need help submitting it, please contact the Free School Meals Team on 020 7974 4444 and a member of the team will assist you.
To opt out, you will require your reference number that can be found in the letter you have received.
