High-rise building safety
If you live in a high-rise residential building, your building safety manager can provide:
- information on construction, maintenance, repair or servicing work in your building
- advice on staying safe at home and following your building’s fire safety guidance
- support if you or anyone in your home would need help to evacuate in an emergency

Your message should include your contact details, building name and your question or concern.
Shared area safety and unsafe behaviour
Contact your Neighbourhood Housing Officer if you:
- want to know what you can keep outside your home or in shared areas
- are worried about safety hazards in shared areas of your building
- believe other residents are behaving in an unsafe way
Repairs
Report a repair if you’ve found an issue with a:
- fire door
- window restrictor (device that limits how far a window can open)
- balcony
