To access some services, you’ll need to sign in to your resident account.

Sign in to your account

Choose the account you want to sign in to:

If you do not have one yet you can register for an account.

An account allows you to:

  • securely access your information
  • track your applications
  • manage your details in one place
  • save time by reusing your information across different services

Problems signing in

If you're having problem signing into your account:

  • check your email address to make sure you're using the one registered to your account
  • try using a different browser like Chrome or Edge, or a different phone, tablet or computer
  • if you're outside the UK, you may need to use a VPN. A VPN (virtual private network) is a service that lets you connect to the internet as if you’re in another country. Set your VPN to the UK before signing in
