Form issue fix

Some forms may not appear correctly because of a technical fault. We're working to fix this.

If you experience this issue, please try using a different browser, a private browser window, or a different device. If you’re on a desktop or laptop you can hard refresh.

Use a different browser

Use any browser that is different to the one you have accessed the form on before. You can download a new browser like Firefox or Google Chrome if you do not have another on your device.

Try a different device

Try using a different device than you have accessed the form on before, for example a desktop or laptop computer, or a mobile phone.

Hard refresh the page

If you are using, or have access to, a desktop or laptop computer, you should be able to hard refresh the page, which will fix the form issue.

When you are on the form page, try the following for Windows desktop or Mac.

If you are using a Windows desktop

Hold down Ctrl + Shift + R. Alternatively, hold down Ctrl + F5.

If you are using a Mac

Hold down Command (⌘) + Shift + R.

Access private or incognito browsing

You can access private browsing through most browsers. When you have accessed the private page, copy and paste the form link into the browser, or access the form through the website search or menu.

Here’s some information about what to do for specific browsers.

Chrome

Select the three dot menu and select New Incognito Window.

Microsoft Edge

Select the three dot menu and select New InPrivate Window.

Apple Safari

Select the three dot menu and select New Private Window.
